UNOH Offers Top Online Healthcare Administration Degree

The University of Northwestern Ohio has been ranked as having one of the best online bachelor degrees in Healthcare Administration in the country, according to College Rank, an authority in college and university rankings. The Top 25 ranking puts the University of Northwestern Ohio in 15th place in the “Best Online Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration” category. The full ranking can be found here.
The University of Northwestern Ohio’s Healthcare Administration degree is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the core disciplines of healthcare administration and management. Healthcare administrators plan, direct, and coordinate medical and health services. At UNOH, the Healthcare Administration major is designed as a 2 + 2 program. After students complete an Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting, Medical Office Management, Health Information Technology, or transfer in any health-related associate degree, they can then complete their Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration in just two additional years. This approach gives students both hands-on training and the business skills necessary to be a manager in the Healthcare field. Jobs in the healthcare administration field are in high demand! By the year 2028, there is expected to be an 18% increase in Healthcare Administration positions, adding nearly 72,000 jobs to the workforce.
